Dawn is a native East Texan who grew up in Dallas, Texas, and now resides in Tyler, where she has been a successful sales agent for over 20 years in advertising, insurance, and real estate. She has specialized real estate knowledge in these complex and diverse areas of East Texas. Her homegrown roots and a commitment to staying informed on market movement give her a valuable perspective in helping people from Dallas to Tyler successfully buy and sell land and homes.

Dawn's love for people and creating lasting relationships helps her deliver top-notch service to her clients and community. She stays actively involved with local chambers of commerce and Greater Tyler Area Board of Realtors. When she is not busy with real estate and civic activities, she enjoys her own 10 acre East Texas retreat with her husband of 30 years, a couple of dogs, a cat and some chickens here and there.
